Your name, email address, town and phone number if you give it, so that buyers and sellers can identify who they are dealing with.

Your listings, offers, orders and messages, because the site does not work without them and because they are the record if a deal is disputed.

Basic visit information: which pages were opened, roughly where from, and what kind of device. This is used to understand what people are looking for, and it is not sold to anybody.

Other users see your name, your town, your listings and anything you write in a message to them. They do not see your email address or your phone number unless you put it in a message yourself.

Payments are handled by our payment provider, which receives what it needs to take the payment. Card details are never held by this site.

Nothing is sold or handed to advertisers. Information is given to the authorities only where we are required to, or where a handset is reported stolen.

Order and message records are kept while your account exists, because they are what a dispute is settled from.

Ask us to delete your account at wireless@chitemere.co.zw and we will remove your profile and listings. Records tied to a completed sale are kept where we are required to keep them.

The site stores a little in your browser: whether you are signed in, whether you chose the dark theme, and which phones you have saved. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
